Run down. Equipment is dated and falling apart. Front desk lady is extremely rude. Called because I had a bad experience the first visit and wanted to go over something, well she told me what I was saying wasn't true, (weird, I didn't know she was in the visit with me) told me to calm down when I told her I wanted to come back in and talk to someone about my concern then told me she was getting the manager. It’s been years since I’ve seen Dr. Rasul, and I truly appreciate him. He has always provided exceptional care with professionalism, compassion, and a strong sense of ethics. The front office staff was also very accommodating and welcoming. I will definitely continue seeing Dr. Rasul and highly recommend him and his team.
