Staff is welcoming and professional. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, listens to patient concerns, takes time to clearly answer questions and is a genuinely kind person.
Front desk help is courteous, friendly and efficient. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Rasul is attentive to my needs and concerns and gives a thorough exam. He answers all my questions and makes suggestions on how I can better manage my health for optimum success.
Even though I recently went in for a wellness check...I have to CALL the very rude front desk every 3 months to get normal prescriptions refilled EVERY time! The pharmacy can NEVER get them to respond and the front desk always acts like she has zero clue how to do her job and started yelling at ME, calling me a liar because SHE was looking at "old files instead of my new current file". Very frustrating place to deal with!
Dr. Rasul and his staff are the best. I always feel that my feelings and concerns are noticed and taken care of.
