Brand new storage facility with beautiful lobby and very helpful service at the front desk. John was super! both informative and friendly! Everything was clean and the AC is kept nice and cool. Another bonus… The loading area is covered!. Protects from rain and hot sun! Great value, too. We now have 3 units and an outdoor space for our boat. Very pleased.
Amazing. John and Jeff are great. This is concierge service and they go above and beyond. Even helped me move a heavy item. The facilities are clean, cooled well and accessible. Only suggestion would be a slightly bigger elevator to get up to higher floors. Prices are very good. You should go here and nowhere else.
John, was outstanding. My first experience using storage was so easy. John made everything work with truck reservation and accommodation of my needs. So nice these days to have someone be so personable and helpful. Thanks John.
As advertised! Prices online were the same as the prices in person. The customer service was top notch with a cold water and a coffee bar available! The icing on the cake was being able to use the free moving truck. 5 stars!
I was kind and respectful when asking a question and the guy working starting explaining all kinds of things and getting bent out of shape without answering my question. Good thing I'm good at deescalating, not helpful at all and made me feel uncomfortable being there.
