Excellent place, clean. Initial price was good but didn't like the increase in price. If yearly more reasonable. Overall good experience.

As advertised! Prices online were the same as the prices in person. The customer service was top notch with a cold water and a coffee bar available! The icing on the cake was being able to use the free moving truck. 5 stars! Edit on move-out: I'd still give them 5 stars. I was with them for over a year and the fees didn't fly up like they did at Extra Space Storage. Spacebox was way more reasonable!
Great facility and always clean! However, one downside is that the website has an option to pay for your unit online yet I could never get it to work so I had to call once a month to pay for it over the phone, which isn’t a huge dealbreaker but something to keep in mind. Also, the free moving truck is only available first come first serve if someone has it checked out and it is only for moving in, not for moving out.
