After having such a terrible experience at Another storage facility, we are glad that we partnered with SpaceBox Storage! Everything has been seamless. Just don’t try to go up on the prices as drastically as you were trying to!
Experience was horrible. They do not tell you everything and lie for no reason. They say tenant safety but Rachel tells other tenants your business. Also they tow who they want cars. It says cars cannot be parked on the side or front of buildings. When others do it they cars sit for weeks & it be no problem but when I did it mine got towed twice. I have all the pictures for proof
Easy to use safe and secure
Easy booking and great customer service. Facility is clean and secure. I’ve had a camper there for less than a year and have seen 2 price increases. Although they were forthcoming about the price going up and gave me notice prior, it would be nice if they would let me settle in before going up on the price
