I took Sophia's power vinyasa and it was a 10/10! I am new to the area and to the studio and this first impression of space was fantastic. Got a great sweat in and she helped so much to deepen my flow with her modifications and amazing playlist!
Great experience, super cool unique concept and GREAT CLASS (glutes and grooves)... I just wish it was bigger!
My fiancé and I went to Keeko’s vinyasa flow Saturday 5-6 pm. My fiancé just started yoga within the last month and I have been practicing for 9 years. We both had an intimate enjoyable experience with keeko guiding us through the stars and different poses ripe with modifications and exaltations to be able to push yourself if desired. Keeko was exemplary in demonstrating the poses as well as guiding and advising my fiancé when she didn’t know where to put her palms or to straighten her back. Would not recommend if you want a power vinyasas hot flow. Used essential oils which was nice and they have nice alo mat rentals
another phenomenal class taught by calyssa, who is a true treasure to the yoga world. a friday evening well spent learning and growing with the best. she teaches and guides with such gentleness and helps you feel completely centered and at peace. cannot recommend this class enough, from beginners to pro’s, do not hesitate to book your class with calyssa, i promise you will not be disappointed.
