Amazing studio offering a wide variety of classes and such a great little community of teachers and yoga. Love spending time here 🤩☘️
Migraine sufferers beware! The studio uses a ton of flashing lights on speakers, on the top of the floorboards wrapping the room and additional lights on the walls. If your migraines get triggered by flashing lights I would stay clear - even though they do offer great classes. One session was enough to get me very sick and gave me a migraine for a whole day. Space unkown has THE Best kundalini yoga classes and the coolest book club in South Florida HANDS DOWN.
I have been to many yoga studios but this one’s my favorite. The classes are amazing and inclusive because the teachers are very good at explaining/helping you with proper posture. So if you’re just getting back into yoga they will help you feel safe! At Space Unknown, get ready to stretch and relax your muscles, light up your brain with positive teachings, workshops and book club offerings, and open your heart with the sweetest celestial vibes and community around.
