Shipped a package via UPS with them and questioned how high the price was but they said there was no lower price and with FedEx it would be five dollars more. Space station staff also implied that the online ups price calculator is not all that accurate. However, I did check with UPS later and, yes, they did charge me almost double what ups would have. Also, apparently being an authorized UPS shipping facility doesn’t mean much…..they can set their own prices (but double seems excessive), and in the employee’s defense it did... read more
Good having FedEx in El Dorado.
I've had this unit for about 4 years now and never had an issue.
Well lit, video surveillance, gated, very secure compared to all the other storage places around the area.
I rented a unit here 3 years ago from Tyrone Adams and still have it. He was very nice and helpful. I like they have automatic payments so I'm not late lol and I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.
