10/10 customer service
New ownership has raised rates twice in the last two years. Last rate hike was 30% increase communicated with a post card and one month notice. Went from affordable, office always open, and free moving truck to expensive, office opened every other day, and no free moving truck. Profit at any cost. I moved out ASAP and recommend you find another location if thinking of getting storage unit.
Very clean and helpful staff.
