We utilized this storage space in the midst of a particularly stressful move. Excellent service. So simple, getting in and moving out. Their app is excellent, using Bluetooth to open the gates. Extremely convenient. Only recommendation would be to make the lease agreement a bit more accessible once signed.
Karl was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. He made the process quick, easy and convenient. Highly recommend.
I came in close to closing on a Saturday (smooth move right) and Karl didn't even hesitate to stand up and meet me at the door. I thought customer service like this was gone a long time ago, but it's clear some people still care about our experience
Carl was so fantastic, he put my mind at ease while storing my antiques.
