The Port Wentworth facility is clean and secure, and the on-site manager, Curtis, is pleasant, courteous, and professional. However, the new pricing increase has now overshadowed the good qualities. My husband and I were among the first renters at the brand-new storage facility in March 2026, at a promotional rate of $86 per month, plus insurance, for a total of $99/month. Curtis was hands down amazing answered every concern I had just phenomenal all around
My experience was outstanding pleasant. I was welcome as I came through the door. They was very professional, and eplain everything in detail with good instruction. I was told how to do everything. Everything was broken down in detail. Customer services outstanding from the from the manager to the assistant manager.
Curtis was absolutely awesome. He made the process smooth and easy. He walked me through each step with the keypad and I left confident in knowing how to access my unit.
The associate was helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me how the keypad worked and where my storage unit was located.
