Sydney and Taylor were so friendly and knowledgeable. The property appears well kept and secure.
Facility was very clean and had amazing customer service! Would recommend if you are in need of reliable and safe storage.
Highly recommend this place for your storage needs! The manager was so helpful and accommodating. The facility is very nice, clean, and well maintained. I also love the security cameras everywhere and secured access to the storage area.
Clean facilities, friendly staff. We expected price increases due to reviews and staff was forthcoming that they do happen as well. Based on previous reviews, it seemed like reasonable increases to us, but our bill was raised $46 (from $61-107) after only 5 months. That is a 75% increase in rent at once. While we understand costs increase, a 75% increase unfortunately does seem predatory. A shame, because everything else about this facility is excellent, and it is a pain to move items.
Tailor did a fantastic job with answering my questions, showing me where my unit was and provided exceptional customer service. Space was clean, and new feel, and great 4 new functional carts!
