Wish I could leave negative starts. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. However, this is the second time in we have received less than one month notice that our RV storage was doubling! It started at $100/month. This was not an introductory rate. That was the normal rate. Less than six months later it jumped to $250 with less than a month notice. RENTERS/CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!! I rented Unit 1017 in April 2026 for $56 monthly. August 1,2026 they increased my monthly amount to $86!!! That’s more than a 50% monthly increase. I can understand a small increase after a reasonable amount of time. But a hike of more than 50% in 4 months is just wrong.
This facility is new, clean, and extremely efficient for customer use. Leo was a pleasure to work with in finding my storage needs. He showed me several different units and openly discussed the long term possibilities that my storage future could hold. He was very thorough with the paperwork and made the decision making and recurring payment process a breeze.
