The building was neat and inviting. I was met by Ms. Kathy who made the check in process very smooth. She double checked that I had purchased insurance, helped me purchase a lock and also made sure my Door Code worked with no issues. We walked to the storage unit together to get an idea of the location of the unit and to place lock on. She was so friendly and helpful. I will be referring my family and friends to Space Shop Self Storage.
Cathy was amazing , wouldn’t have ratheres to be greeted by anybody else , very informative, very helpful , had no problem giving me a tour and the check in went smooth
