My sister in law and cousin just left this location. The customer service was horrible. 1. They sold a vehicle with issues. 2. They are making it difficult to fix the issues. 3. They slammed the door in their faces and treated my family in a way that only racists can. Smh. A customer should never walk away feeling like a business representative is a racists!
My mother bought a car from this location and it almost killed her... She got another vehicle from this location and they told her to bring it a day so they can fix it... So she brought it down there and til this day didn't get it bck SMH 😩
Space and rocket auto sales in hazel green is a horrible business the vehicle are junk I bought a 2004 sliver Ford explore from them had it 5 weeks and my motor blew up I call them time and time again about them fixing my vehicle and I even tow it to them to fix because I was two months ahead on my vehicle needless to say they didn't fix my vehicle after three months of them having it and but yet got rid of my vehicle and everything in it I will never buy from this place again the people that work there are rude and don't ca... read more
