I lived here for two years, starting in 2011. I had apartment 201, upstairs and on the corner. I absolutely loved living here, so close to so many things. The apartment itself was amazing, but the location truly made it one of the best places I've ever lived. There was something to do all the time, and I can only imagine that's still the case with the revitalization of the downtown area. Great place to get stabbed at by someone taking a bath in the pool or to have a package stolen the moment it arrives at your door! Management will totally hang a no trespassing sign to totally fix the issue. Best part is the two washer/dryer combos for the whole building that never work while also charging you to use them! YAY. (property manager is really good guy, the owners are just too hands off and won’t update it)

Decent, quiet place but overpriced like everywhere nowadays. It's in the heart of downtown so close to everything! My 1br Apartment is spacious, has pool but very dirty due to no upkeep by owners (and tree leafs that constantly fall in the pool), neighbors are quiet, seem cool but keep to themselves. The landscaping people is the only thing that keeps the complex clean. The outside of the complex/pool area needs a serious makeover but probably won't happen unless everybody complains.
