Seattle is a bad place to visit, has been the last 4 years, I live near by, I loved Seattle, not right now, it is just too unsafe, even the bass guitarest for Guns & Roses shares my opinion (Doc). For a 4 mile radius from 3rd & Pike you might as well be on patrole for an invading army because the hair on the back of your neck is standing up, lots of unfriendlys there. Very well maintained. Cooperative staff. If you buy a city pass then you can visit it two times. Once in the morning and once in the evening.
Going to Seattle on the 4 th of July is totally worth it if you take advantage of the revolving restaurant at the top of the Space Needle. The only place in the world where you can view breathtaking fireworks displays exploding simultaneously from 5 different communities!! You haven’t lived until you’ve been 500 ft in the air in a 605 ft glass tower with a glass floor creating 360 degree flawless viewing. So worth the trip! 5 stars and a two thumbs up. 👍🏻
