Seattle is a bad place to visit, has been the last 4 years, I live near by, I loved Seattle, not right now, it is just too unsafe, even the bass guitarest for Guns & Roses shares my opinion (Doc). For a 4 mile radius from 3rd & Pike you might as well be on patrole for an invading army because the hair on the back of your neck is standing up, lots of unfriendlys there.
