Wow, I really wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time. Dr. A as they call him has horrible bedside manners. He reminds me of the true character in the movie Catch Me If You Can where the guy faked his way through medical school and other professions. He has no clue what he is doing and literally has the same diagnosis for me as he gave a friend of mine who seen him and neither of us even went to him for the same reason. This doctor has really helped me. The staff are so kind and helpful, everyone there genuinely cares about your well-being and how you’re doing.
The office staff has always been so accommodating,friendly and seems to treat everyone like family! The doctor I see is extremely knowledgable and up to date on research, efficient, and answers my questions patiently and thoroughly. I feel like I am in good hands… such a great feeling.
I tried many times to speak with someone in this practice to make an appointment as a new patient. They are extremely disorganized they don't call back, and the receptionists are rude. I asked for a referral 3 times and my doctor sent to them and said they get a 100 referral a day and I have to wait . Is it how you treat your new patients ? Good for them for many referrals. ! But, I do not recommend this place.
