Space Coast Fitness & OCR is the best kept secret in Melbourne! Small classes for any level, welcoming family environment, and coaches that plan unique and well balanced workouts for all levels. I highly recommend this gym for anyone that wants to join a gym and receive almost a personal training experience in every class. The coaches and functional fitness classes are amazing. It has a wide variety of equipment that makes it fun and changes up the routines. The coaches are very encouraging in this small family environment. It’s a great way to get back in shape beginner to advanced.
Love having the ability to train for Spartan Races on the amazing rig with rope climb!
Wow!!! Excellent coaches. Great energy and new facility. I highly recommend this place.
