Horrible experience Lot of bullies. The other kid were well off and would try to toss my kids water bottle into river and call him names We felt like it was inbred or they chase us out We are from up north and noticed there is no diversity in this group either. So sad The admin isn’t fair or open minded
SCC is one of the best organizations in rowing, leadership and wins! The staff and volunteers work hard to make this the best experience for our young adult rowers. We are 3 years in and counting. It takes a Village and let’s continue to make it stronger, better and keep the standards high.
I recently went through an interview process with this club, during which the organization spoke very highly of itself and projected a strong sense of pride in its values and professionalism. However, my experience revealed a significant disconnect between their words and actions.
