Thursday, March 27, 2025. 9.05 A.M. I just went to the" Sunset Branch of SCCU" and waited 10 minutes. All 3 Tellers were Busy & Socializing. After waiting patiently for 10 minutes, I left without getting any assistance . Never before has that ever happened to me . I am a Longtime Customer, but Customer Service at the " SUNSET BRANCH " has been deteriorating . If I could give ZERO STARS, I WOULD.

I am leaving this bank after almost 20 years. I trusted them for my loan and they couldn't tell me what my monthly payment was going to be. The interest rate they offer is not what you will pay. I am extremely disappointed and feel betrayed. I should have read the 200 pages and not trusted them.
