They always know who I am. They are all friendly and personable and go out of their way to make your experiences great!!
The man in front was very rude, I was there to get my card after it being stolen and I always send my card to the branch, this time i decided to go with this one and the man was very rude and acted like he didn’t want to give me my card then goes and tells me “he sees on my account that i have a lot of missing cards and after so many i can’t get anymore”, my issue is what was the reasoning behind telling me that i was very agendas by that comment like I’m a person doing something wrong with getting a new card!
I've been coming to this credit union for years for a reason. They are friendly fast and very helpful, thank you ladies! What a truly pleasant staff!
