Bad customer service. Go to another branch
WORST BANK OF ALL TIME!!! Highly recommended not doing business with any branches or locations. You can only call a call center where agents tell you inaccurate information and place you on hold for long durations for no reason. Wish I never did business with this company
1 star – inconsistent policies and zero customer support I have a registered business (DBA on Sunbiz) and have been depositing business checks at SCCU for almost a year at the Fort Lauderdale branch without any issue. When I went to the Sample Road Coral Springs location, they refused to deposit my check and would not clearly explain why or offer any solution.
