El personal es sumamente desagradable... poco profesionales y muy groseros... es agobiante venir a pagar cualquier cosa en esta sucursal el maltrato y la discriminación es aplastante mas el racismo y con la cara de asco que miran al cliente deberían remplazarlo por que sinceramente dejan muchísimo que decear
I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, and unfortunately, the customer service experience has become very frustrating. It seems impossible to resolve anything through the chat—AI doesn’t help, and live chat representatives don’t provide solutions either. Visiting a branch hasn’t been helpful, as tellers are also unable to resolve most issues. The only real option is calling, and even then, you’re looking at a wait time of at least an hour. Muy buena atención al cliente y excelente limpieza
Este no es mi banco pero si el se mi madre. Y está muy bien. El señor de la primera caja ,nada mas entrar, es super agradable y alegre. Nos ayuda siempre con la mejor actitud. Los otros chicos parecen bien profesionales también. Tiene 1 cajero externo. Y nunca hay fila.
