We live close by and have visited many times. Each time I regret it. The coffee is more expensive than Starbucks and absolutely terrible. Each time I get a simple iced latte with a syrup. The barista’s need serious training- they seem to be pouring the espresso right over the ice if I had to guess, as an ex-barista. My iced drinks are melted, watered down, and lacking flavor. Business could be booming if they had proper training, a friendlier staff, and faster service!
