Guys came out to service a refrigeration unit for a walk-in cooler. They diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes (bad compressor). They told me that would call me later with parts availability and an estimate to fix the unit. They never called me but gladly deposited my $75 check for the call out. Their shop is 7 minutes from my house.
