We live in southwest Houston and had an issue with an older Trane HVAC system that’s still running on R-22. In mid-August, during peak Houston heat, the system stopped working. The issue turned out to be a failing capacitor. I picked up a replacement but wanted an experienced HVAC contractor to confirm the diagnosis and install it properly. Only mechanical contractor that responded late on a Saturday night for an emergency need. Jumped on the service call immediately, and had the freezer repaired in under 2 hours. Highly recommended!
Space City is a wonderful HVAC contractor. We have used them for over 15 years. The service is always on time. If they are running behind they always communicate via text or phone. I am happy to use them and refer them as my go to for AC / heat maintenance or replacement. 5 star service
