Wanted to store 2 motor bikes. I found it to be expensive.
Easy to access, site was always perfectly maintained. Lanes wide enough to maneuver, all very reasonable. They are super on top of communication also...well managed I'd say. Staff were great to deal with. Get a strong lock I'd say though, in light of other comments left. But risk everywhere. Overall id recommend for sure.
Our locker was broken into in June after being at the space from around April. We are extremely disappointed with how the situation was dealt with. We dialled the after hours emergency phone line and after being forwarded to voicemail three times received a text saying they cannot talk right now and were out at a function. You can imagine the frustration we felt with our lock being broken off, things thrown around and stolen, and then to have no support from staff during a really stressful time only made it worse. Excellent staff. Helpful and courteous. We found it difficult to open and close the unit door during the winter
A great experience, office staff friendly and helpful. Security was great and I would recommend and use again if needed.
