Me and my mom went in for a full day spa (the escape package) and it was awesome! Jen did our facials and she is so friendly and fascinating. She helped me learn about my skin and provided me with so much knowledge and advice. Jessica is so sweet and wonderful, she was so communicative and made the experience comfortable and fun. Just had a great massage at this spa. Man she did absolutely everything. So good.
Vernie was absolutely incredible. She listened and communicated very well the entire massage, and actually felt what my body needed as well. I have never had a massage therapist note my breathing change and adjust or work more based on it, but I know that’s what she did. I went in thinking my problem areas were my legs and feet, only to find that my shoulders and neck were the real problem. I cannot express enough how amazing I felt walking out of her service. Highly recommend seeing her.
I’ve been a client of this spa since I moved to Knoxville and have had mixed experiences. The clinicians are great, never any issues. The front desk… is a different story. I booked two appointments for me and my mom for extended facials, which their online system said included paraffin hand treatments. When the service was done, we never received the treatments so I called back to inquire.
