Janessa Craig gives the best massage I have ever had!! Most relaxing!! She genuinely cares for her guests well being and pays close attention to their needs!!! Definitely recommend!
Purchased a full laser package and 6 months of membership that included a single facial or massage. I opted for a facial a month and my skin has not been the same since. Signed up after great initial visit. Now don't pick up phones 90% of the time, don't have appts avail when they do answer, and the only appt I've managed to get since was rushed and wholly unsatisfactory, always loads of excuses for continued poor service... shouldn't have to come home and pluck upper lip after dermaplaning. Not sure it's worth the hassle to even try to finish out my contract. Definitely won't do it again.
BEWARE!!! My first trial consult was excellent, that is the reason why i agreed to pay $600 in full for my laser treatment. But for my second treatment, the girl that was working on me was very rude, she only did 10 minutes out of my 30 minute session i had paid for because she said she was tired, after i brought it to her attention she replied with with a very rude tone and attitude.
