Absolutely fantastic experience with Spa World Port Macquarie! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. I purchased my spa about 12mths ago, the teams product knowledge and professionalism was great. I regularly visit Leona & Matt to get my water tested and their ongoing advice and maintenance products have ensured a seamless spa experience.
From the day we walked in thinking about getting our spa we have had nothing but exceptional service. Always friendly and any questions (no matter how dumb) never an issue. We are so happy with the spa and after care service we have had. Many days and nights chilling in it.
