We would highly recommend spa world if you are thinking of buying a spa. We have bought spas and swim spas with them at 3 different properties now; a large swim spa, an 8 seater spa and now a 3 seater spa. Lisa, the Manager, is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Their service is exceptional and after care is also exceptional. 5 stars from us. :)
The absolute best place to buy a swim spa! Before visiting Spa World, we took our time and toured numerous other showrooms, but none of them compared to the service we received from Angela Wood.While other places felt routine, Angela actually took the time to ask us questions and understand our needs. We had such a fantastic experience with Spa World from start to finish. Buying a spa is a big decision, so we really appreciated having someone who was knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely interested in helping us find the right one.
