We’re absolutely stoked with our new spa from Spa World! Angela was amazing to deal with from the start. Super easy to talk to, really helpful and made the whole process feel simple. She helped us choose the right spa without ever feeling pushy. The Vortex Titanium Hydro Plus was exactly what we needed to complete the space and the Eco Cube being able to chill the spa is going to make Perth summers so much better for us. After having a previous spa before, have to say Spa World was by far the most professional, helpful and after spa was delivered their after service followup in making sure everything went well was by far the best service from purchasing the correct spa with Lisa and delivery by Beau was so helpful and explained everything in detail, was the best service I have had in buying spa and highly recommend Spa World and talk to Lisa, who was amazing.
The staff were very informative and helpful
I found this business to be legitimate totally customer focused, Lisa and team coordinated a smooth transition from shop to home delivery and installation the product is top quality 😺
Lisa Marais helped me enormously with the purchase of my spa and kept me informed at all times.
