Nothing but 5 Stars here for Theo at Spa World. No question was too hard before or after my purchase. Being a first time spa owner, Theo made the entire process seemless with genuine smile.
Theo was very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions that I asked
I wasnt looking for a new spa, just advice on fixing an inoperable one. Despite only selling new spas Theo was extremely helpful to me, giving me contact details of a spa engineer and pointing me towards lots of helpful information online. If it transpires that my current spa is not possible to fix, I will be coming back to Theo to buy a new one off him
I recently bought an outdoor 2 person spa bath which was more complex to operate compared to our former indoor spa bath so a looked for local spa dealers and made an appointment with Theo at Spa World who was very informative on how to maintain and operate the spa. So nice to sit back and enjoy the warm bubbly bath watching sport on the wall TV. Thank you Theo 👍
