Store Salesman Charlie Bevilacqua was brilliant, he spent lots of time with us talking over different Spas, pros and cons we never felt rushed. What made it was he was able to discuss the practical side of actually owning and maintaining a Spa and he was happy to talk again after purchase to answer questions, thanks Charlie
Charlie was the reason we decided to purchase from Spa World. From the moment we walked in, he was genuine and honest, and just wanted to help us, not pushy in any way whatsoever. We returned after measuring our space, then immediately paid the deposit for our new spa. We felt looked after and in the best possible hands.
