I’ve was going here since 2010. Went through all therapists until I found Monica and she was THE BEST. Truly amazing in her skills. Such a shame this place is still closed bc of COVID. I’ve emailed and called several times and no response. Finally called hotel and they didn’t have a time if it would ever open. If anyone has Monica info please share. Haven’t found anyone like her!

I scheduled a deep tissue massage with Hilary at Spa Waverly. She is ABSOLUTELY amazing! She worked on muscles I didn’t even know I had. I definitely recommend you seeing her. She’s only there on Thursday and Saturday. Thank you Hilary
