Did ok for the first few visits. They won’t manage chlorine settings, simple task. Let my hot tub get so chlorinated it bleached our suits, caused rashes, and made us smell like chlorine for days. Didn’t even think to mention with a message or call that the tub was testing super high.
BUYER BEWARE! This company will take your money, tell you they delivered chemicals that never arrive, and become very confrontational (over text, don’t even call!) when you identify (by showing with pictures) they didn’t deliver the chemicals they say they did, and then they significantly overcharge you for the chemicals. They play tricks and say “we delivered it, but it’s in a different container.” That’s NOT how you treat chemicals, and proves just how shady these guys are. DO NOT buy their services.
Great job keeping the hot tub clean, and functioning at pristine levels. Knowledgeable when I have questions.
Steve and his crew are fantastic to work with, friendly, and knowledgable. Our hot tub’s water has always been in great shape since we hired them on.
