I'm giving a 4 star rating only because we haven't made a final purchase yet, so I want to see how delivery goes. But Spa Warehouse has a great selection of spas from every price point. The owner was helpful and personable. I appreciated his feedback and patience with all my questions.
Good experience
Everyone is very courteous, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was fast and easy. Instruction for use and care was very clear. Love love love these guys! Will definitely return for all of my hot tub needs!
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Spa Warehouse. We purchased the Tidal Fit Pro EP-15 swim spa about 5 years ago. The process from purchase to installation and instruction on spa maintenance is/was amazing. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge impact.
