My experience with Spa Warehouse was excellent from the start of my hot tub research through purchase and installation. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful - including being flexible with my adjustment in buying plans. I first got sold on Spa Warehouse from the excellent service they provided in repairing an older hot tub. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend Spa Warehouse.

I can’t say enough good things about everyone at Spa Warehouse. It’s quite rare to find a company that is so supportive of customers. When we wanted a hot tub during a time where everything was back ordered, he found one for us. When we moved homes a few years later, they took care to get it to our new home safely, at a fair price & even recommended an electrician to hook it up. Great selection of tubs and very knowledgeable and professional staff. The selection process and ordering the tub was easy. They even have some models in stock. Delivery and install was on time and flawless. Highly recommend.
