Response to “Go Somewhere Else” – Christopher, my sincere apologies regarding the unprofessional performance and service your wife experienced while getting her hair done. Spa Venus has not ever partnered with Groupon. Your Groupon was purchased through Groupon and the individual hair stylist. The stylist (Bonnie) was with another salon when she entered the campaign with Groupon. She is an independent contractor, and has only worked out of Spa Venus for three weeks and I can assure you she will not be there for another week.... read more
Do not go!! Wife purchased a Groupon for a cut and color here with disastrous results. Highlights in half of her hair were chunky and to fix her own mistake, the stylist charged my wife an additional $40 for hair gloss. Instead of applying to all of her hair though, it was only applied to the bad area making everything look completely non-uniform. Best Service in Greenville – I have been getting treatment from Venus for more than ten years, and I believe she is the best esthetician I ever had. In addition to great services, she is very kind to all her customers and treats everybody equally. Venus constantly educates herself and her staff on new technologies and products and always tries to improve her services. For me going to Spa Venus is like seeing good old friends. I hope you will give yourself a chance to get pampered at Spa Venus!
I have been to Spa Venus many times. It is a small, quiet, comfotable place to visit. I have a skin condiftion, Rosacea, that Venus has treated for me for for some time. Her professionalism and skill are unparelled. She educates - she explained to me that I did not have "just some bright red spots on my face". Go somewhere else! – If you are looking for a good spa experience, do NOT go to Spa Venus! I've had my eyebrows done there a few times and some pedicures. The pedicures are way overpriced and she constantly tries to sell you things while she's doing it instead of letting you relax. Then if you say you are not interested in the product, she gets an attitude.
