Response to “Go Somewhere Else” – Christopher, my sincere apologies regarding the unprofessional performance and service your wife experienced while getting her hair done. Spa Venus has not ever partnered with Groupon. Your Groupon was purchased through Groupon and the individual hair stylist. The stylist (Bonnie) was with another salon when she entered the campaign with Groupon. She is an independent contractor, and has only worked out of Spa Venus for three weeks and I can assure you she will not be there for another week. I wish I had been made aware of this situation before you wrote this review.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Venus, and I am the owner of Spa Venus. I am a small business owner of 35 plus years,and I feel it is an honor to be of service all who come thru our doors. I would not tolerate such conduct from any of my associates knowingly. Personally, I am not a hair stylist, I am an esthetician and electrologist. Let me extend my services to your wife ( I would be more than glad, to give her a facial). Of course at no charge.
However, just to let let you know, should you or anyone else need to pay for a service or product at Spa Venus we accept all major credit cards, with the exception of Discover. We also take personal checks, with identification, and of course cash.
