Amazing experience for Memorial Day Weekend! Made even better, if you secure a spot in their spa pool by purchasing a spa cabana! We had a great time and enjoyed lunch by the pool, then had our amazing couples massage by Ice and Amy! Truly a relaxing experience!
What transpired here was not just a simple misunderstanding—it was a breach of trust. Without any prior notification or consent, my card was charged $500, under the pretense of a "no-show" for an appointment I never confirmed. Out of courtesy and good faith, I even attempted to reschedule what they had unilaterally booked on my behalf.
