They are a full service spa! Excellent massage therapy and facials. Ashley and her crew are the best!!
I have followed Crys over two different salons. She has hands down been the best I have ever had. From cuts for interviews to new styles ive never had done before. Her advice to get the best products has been informative. When it was time for me and my wife to marry we needed no discussion when it came down to who would do our hair. Spa Trale has been a different experience as well. The owner has always been polite, and welcoming.
My hair stylist is Carrie and she is fabulous! She should be called hair designer because I trust her to do whatever and she never dissapoints let me tell you! Now the other ladies are very warm and friendly when I arrive and have treated me with respect and made me feel welcomed. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing an awesome experience�
I was pleasantly surprised on Christmas morning with a knock on my door with a hand delivered gift certificate by the owners of Spa Trale! My in laws in WV had purchased it over the phone and there was a mix up in getting it mailed to me, so the owners wanted to make sure I received it on Christmas! I call that top notch customer service! Looking forward to using the gift certificate!

Sorelle does an excellent job on my hair, especially when I wanted to try something completely different at my last appointment and was nervous how the style would look on me. She made sure I liked the length of my bangs and also showed me how to style them. I've gotten compliments on my new style and I look forward to seeing Sorelle next time! I go to college in South Carolina and always make sure to make an appointment with her before classes start back!
Sorrelle is awesome. Never disappointed- the entire staff was super friendly and I recommend 10/10!!!
