If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $100 for what I can only describe as one of the most disappointing nail experiences I have ever had. For that price, I expected a spa experience. What I got looked like my niece did it at home, and honestly, she might have done a better job. The technician was a very nice person and I want to be fair about that, but kindness does not make up for the actual service. I purchased an Groupon and got an appointment the same day. At the end when you pay you buy a gift card, as mentioned on the Groupon, to make it valid and you can use it on your next visit. The gift card never expires. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. My pedicure was very relaxing and I liked the end result. I will be back for another pedicure and use the gift card.

Worst experience here. Tools being used are not sterilized, nor sanitized properly. Saw one of the workers used the toe separator on a person and took it off and used it on the next client without cleaning it.The lady who did my pedi name was “Jenny.” She didnt file the nails down leaving them crooked and edgy, the guy at the register said she doesnt do pedicures because she does hair and botox and thats why she didnt do a good pedicure, well why they have her doing pedis in the first place if she doesnt know how. very bloody experience. i came for a full set & pedicure. instead of doing a soak off like every other salon i’ve been to, they were quite literally prying my nails off. i left with multiple bloody fingers and it was very painful i couldn’t even continue with the service. i am worried now that i will get an infection. my nail beds are destroyed and the skin underneath the nail was cut which caused a lot of bleeding. they were not careful & cut way shorter than supposed to exposing the flesh underneath my nails. i’m not sure ... read more
