If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $100 for what I can only describe as one of the most disappointing nail experiences I have ever had. For that price, I expected a spa experience. What I got looked like my niece did it at home, and honestly, she might have done a better job. I purchased an Groupon and got an appointment the same day. At the end when you pay you buy a gift card, as mentioned on the Groupon, to make it valid and you can use it on your next visit. The gift card never expires. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. My pedicure was very relaxing and I liked the end result. I will be back for another pedicure and use the gift card.

Not what I expected. They were not very talkative it was awkward not very relaxing. I got a calming pedicure and builder gel manicure with a design. I bought the Groupons for both but still ended up paying way more than expected. They said I got 50%off both services and I bought gift cards from Groupon?? WTH their Groupon is such a scam and they are way overpriced!

Worst experience here. Tools being used are not sterilized, nor sanitized properly. Saw one of the workers used the toe separator on a person and took it off and used it on the next client without cleaning it.The lady who did my pedi name was “Jenny.” She didnt file the nails down leaving them crooked and edgy, the guy at the register said she doesnt do pedicures because she does hair and botox and thats why she didnt do a good pedicure, well why they have her doing pedis in the first place if she doesnt know how. Kim did an amazing job. I can say I am a bit thrown off about not having their nail polishes out and just in a container but it does look like it’s being renovated so I’m not sure if that’s why. Overall though, great experience.
