Was able to book my appointment online and get a gel manicure and pedicure the same day. The salon was very nice. Clean and quiet. Excellent experience. The techs were efficient and gentle.
very bloody experience. i came for a full set & pedicure. instead of doing a soak off like every other salon i’ve been to, they were quite literally prying my nails off. i left with multiple bloody fingers and it was very painful i couldn’t even continue with the service. i am worried now that i will get an infection. my nail beds are destroyed and the skin underneath the nail was cut which caused a lot of bleeding. they were not careful & cut way shorter than supposed to exposing the flesh underneath my nails. i’m not sure ... read more
I have been coming here ever since I moved to Arizona. They do a fantastic job and my color stays on for a long time. Tony gives the best massages for pedicures. They really care about the people they serve here. I highly recommend. They are reasonably priced as well.
Got a pedicure and dip on my fingers yesterday. The lady who did my fingers painted the color I chose, in gel polish on top of the colored dip so now all of the gel polish is chipping off because they weren’t prepped for gel as that’s not what I was getting done. I have been getting dip for over 7 years and haven’t had anyone do that, they do the gel top coat but not the actual polish. They started chipping horribly on both hands same day. I didn’t really have a good experience and I’m very sad. I got a vip pedicure (which felt like a classic I didn’t get everything that came with the service) couldn’t get the full experience due to them needing to switch people. It’s really unprofessional to start service with someone and have to end with someone else. (People don’t do the same kind of work!) My thumb was cut and bleeding. It was just very unprofessional there to me. They accept walkins but prioritize appointments. My service was stopped 2 times to be changed... read more
