Worst experience ever. I had a massage at the Norcross GA location and have been in pain since. I went in for a relaxation massage. The staff is unhelpful and refused to refund my money offering me instead another hour of pain. I will be contacting the BBB and corporate office. Stay clear of this horrible place.

I AM STILL IN PAIN! I was at the spa over two weeks ago for a deep tissue massage. Olivia was my massage therapist & she "overstretched" my neck. basically she tilted my neck to one side while she pushed down on my shoulder blades. who does that? needless to say, two weeks later I am still in pain & now its spreading to my upper back. I contacted the office about 5 days later & they provided me a complimentary massage (which was actually good--the massage therapist was called Nicole) but i still had to pay tip on that & one ... read more

This was a horrible experience. They misscheduled my appointment time and then did not give me the full service. I made an appointment and they called me a day later and asked if I could come in earlier. I told them I could not and then they still scheduled me for the wrong time. I did not get the hour facial that I was supposed to get. It was such a horrible facial that I was glad I did not have to spend any more time there. Great facial!! – After reading the other reviews I was a bit hesitant to go here, but since I received a gift certificate, I decided why not. Stephanie gave me an express facial and I thought it was amazing! She told me about all the products being used, and gave me an awesome massage. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Not to mention that my skin looks great.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT SPA SYDELL – I was give a gift certificate to Spa Sydell. I was so excited I could'nt wait to go. Greeting staff were courteous but it goes down fast from there. I elected for the facial and a manicure. FIRST, THE FACIAL..The technician hurriedly slathered the oils on my face, not paying any attention whatsoever that she was also getting it all over my hair.
