Very disappointed with the quality of the gift certificates issued in-store... I purposefully drove 20 minutes to the spa to get a more quality certificate than I would if I purchased it from the website and printed it out, but to my dismay, that's all they did at the front counter! I have a tacky, printed piece of paper in a cheap envelope inside of a card stock holder with a dollar store ornament. For such a pricey, "upscale" spa, I'm surprised at the lack of attention to detail for the gift certificates. I could have save... read more
Amazing.. so relaxing and the therapists are some of the best.
Jonathan gives the most amazing massage! He really did a great job at working on my knots and problem areas. I definitely will be going back. The 90-minute massage was well worth it and was relaxing :)
