Frank came out in January of 2017 to fix the spa heater. It does heat somewhat but he said the control panel would need to be replaced to really make it work right. We authorized the charge for the control panel on February 2, 2017. We still don't have the part. Last I heard from him on September 3, 2017 he said the part should be in and he would check in it. He still has our money, he won't respond to my calls or messages. I would not recommend to anyone! He will not even refund what we paid for the part we never received a... read more
