Had a massage which I asked to be soft -- multiple times throughout the session -- and especially one time in which the masseuse, Tara P, pushed or dug so deeply into my lower back area I jerked/yelped. The next morning I started experiencing back pain which has progressively gotten worse. My friend who also had a massage by her complained of deep pain in her neck the next day.
