I manage an 8 chair Aveda salon with 12 stylists in Madison WI so I understand what good customer service should feel like. Spa Soma was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any business. I scheduled my appt for 9:00am via phone because they do not book appts via email. I received a confirmation call the evening before and the receptionist stated 12pm. found this place due to a GroupOn and must report that Carla is one of the best MT's I've every had lay hands on me. Really nice place. If you need MT this is a great place and Carla is the one to ask for.
