I don't like their business practices. I mail ordered a bunch of stuff for my wife before Christmas - stuff I WANTED - but they just shipped whatever they felt like! They said it was because the stuff I wanted was out of stock. Well, if that's the case, then just don't ship anything! Don't send me a bunch of stuff that I didn't ask for and then charge me for it.
