We purchased a hot tub from The Spa and Pool Center a couple of months ago. When it was delivered a panel was damaged and they poked holes in the bottom. We called the manager, John, and was promised repairs but have had no follow. Our friends purchased a hot tub at the same time and have also had no follow up on their damages. If you are looking for customer service go elsewhere!

These days, with most products it comes down to the "people" who help you. They make the difference. You can buy a spa or pool from eBay these days. Everybody sells everything. But the people that sell it, service it and work around pools and spas everyday are important to a enjoyable experience when buying something. Their knowledge and expertise is the difference! I'm not sure, but I think they have like 100 years of experience combined at the Spa Center. And that gives me peace of mind

Highly recommend Jay and Walt, very professional and fun to work with! The Spa and Pool Center put a beautiful in-ground pool in for us already this spring; our son and grand baby got to swim in it for the first time on May 1st!!! One of the best decisions we've made for our home and family! Look forward to many years of fun in the sun! Thanks guys! You're the best!
