Mad disrespectful there was an issue and several disrespectful acts involving snatching polish from my hands grabbing my coat and telling me what they wanted on my nails . And when I told manager what happen he started laughing and thinking it was funny and it was beyond embarrassing and then doing that infront of my child wow . Went here for a pedicure and was very pleased at how clean and quickly was able to get in. Would go back.
Only place I go for my nails, they really make sure you are satisfied and super friendly
I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure here since I started frequenting this place about two years ago. Absolutely adore it and always have a good experience!
Service is good, nails come out good, only one complaint… Someone needs to have a permanent spot at the front desk assisting the people that walk in, people getting up mid doing nails and yelling across the establishment is not ok. I think someone should work the front desk and stay doing that for better time management, scheduling and organization. Other than that it is really a lovely place.
