on the morning of September 4th, I came to the spa to get a massage. Prior to getting my massage, I decided to utilize some of the amenities the spa has to offer. My husband and I were going to book this place and come out in a good mood, but someone stole money from my husband's wallet. Great service, vacation, stay Cation kind of vibes.
Booked massage for my wife, around 5pm. The spa closed at 5:30pm, reservation person said that would be no problem. However, they rushed her massage, didn’t allow her to shower before, and was overall a mediocre experience for a >$300 massage. I understand they have standard hours, but why offer a massage at a given time if you cannot provide the proper standard of service?
