The spa itself was very clean; upon check in the lady was giving us a hard time with checking the 3 guests we had paid services for. However the manager did reach out to clarify We booked massages and pedicures and they were pleasant. We left more relaxed. The masseuse was checking in with the pressure so that was good too. Very weird… We booked massages and pedicures and they were a bit late but did rush through the massage which was not pleasant. Had my first visit today 11/28/2025 to Pechanga Spa, I’ve had many Relaxation massages over the years but today experience was the best I’ve had in 35 years of massage therapy, Anjun was my therapist today, I would like to commend Pechanga Spa as she has a great technique best I’ve had in 30 plus years I will definitely return to your facility the entire experience was wonderful and Anjun made it well worth today’s visit Thank you, I will definitely recommend her to all my friends.
