Oh this guy likes to take advantage of people - website says no stress return policy but won’t honor it. Says ‘it’s just money’ and the audacity of that is absurd. Really crummy service and will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. Assured us a part would work but it doesn’t and won’t refund. What a scam.
I give these guys 5 stars because of their exceptional customer service. Javier is the one who helped me. I had issues with one of the parts I received. It wasn’t anything on their end, the part just wasn’t compatible. Even after a couple of months of me trying to get it to work, they still honored a replacement. Javier did troubleshooting with me and the spa company.
