Staff was very genuine, awesome attitudes. Phone service while book was very informative, excellent. Beautiful staff for a great experience.
You have everything from Q-tips to hairspray...excellent + very thoughtful
Itook advantage of a package that included the room rate, a facial and a massage last month. It was definitely worth it! My esthetician, Vanessa, was very friendly and my skin looked and felt fantastic afterward. I think it actually glowed. My massage therapist, Roy, is also one of the owners. He was absolutely amazing. I have had many massages at spas and I honestly must say that was the best massage I have EVER gotten. The next time I visit Monterey, I will definitely book an appointment with Roy!

I cannot remember who massaged me, but she was the sweetest woman, who made sure I was very comfortable and let me talk about all the stuff that had been bothering me... so not only did she get all the knots out of my back, but she helped me get a lot off of my chest. The sweetest woman : ) – This was the first spa I have ever went to. I got the India Spa day, and I spent about three or so hours. Over the top is the only words I can even begin to express about my recent experience at the Spa on the Plaza. Two years ago I gifted my daughter who lives in Brooklyn, New York to a day of pampering for her birthday, She was 7 months pregnant and had the special Package for women who have special considerations due to their enlarging stomach. I go in to Spa on the Plaza twice a week to get my eyebrows done and love every second. Sylvie is amazing when it comes to doing eyebrows she does wonders!!!! Also everyone at the spa was so kind they have made it feel like my second home. I highly recommend this Spa for any kind of treatments!!!

I've been going to Spa on the Plaza for years and find myself defensive of this wonderful business. I am a local and a regular client. I am always impressed with the Front Desk staff and all the Therapists I've gone to over the years, especially Tamara, Liz, Lauren and Charles. They are under remodel, because the Hotel is expanding their whole place. The started construction in January, not several months!
