UPDATE: We politely reached out to Arnetta once we had the correct email address - the one on the website is out of use as is the chat function. She acknowledged that she saw the gift card on the booking and promised to repay the amount. This was a month ago, and it still has yet to happen. I had such a great experience ! This is my second facial ever so I was a little nervous but Arnetta made everything so calming and smooth. The music and space was very inviting and relaxing. I felt so at ease I could’ve fallen asleep (high anxiety) so that was really big for me. Arnetta was professional and explained the services and their benefits in detail. She gave me detailed after care instructions and products to check out. My face feels like a baby’s behind so I’m ecstatic!
