I went there because I saw a woman with a beautiful haircut and I asked where she got it. She said Jack Cut her hair pat spa on the Boulevard Since I’m a former hairdresser I could see what a good haircut she had so I went and made an appointment with Jack. I absolutely love my haircut

I love Lisa, she is amazing. However, today I felt super rushed, not to mention I waited super long even with an appointment. In addition, when I got home my son said "mom, did you dye your hair?" I thought he mentioned it because it looked pretty. No, it was because the marks from the dye we're all over my neck, back and ears. No wonder, I had been itchy all the way home... May need to find a mug quieter and not as busy place.
I was not booked for services requested, given base package for couples treatment when should have been booked for mid grade package. Massages were not very good, mold came out of the water dispenser in sitting room and no toilet paper in ladies room. Very disappointed and won't be returning in the future.
This spa is a hidden gem in Harford County! The front desk is dressed professional and is extremely welcoming! Today I had the Aveda Stress away massage with Stacy Hill. This was the BEST massage I have had since my last therapist moved to California. Stacy is educated, professional, and passionate behind her talent. I can't wait for my October appt
I had a fabulous 90 minute hot stone massage yesterday followed by a 50 minute facial. Both staff members wish I could remember their names went above and beyond. There was a small issue when I was checking in, a new staff member but to me that's growing pains in any business. Needless to say they all went above and beyond with their customer service.
